I checked out the book Shiver from the local library the other day. I brought it home and a few days later decided to start reading it. When I opened up the front cover this is what I found...
a little note that says, "Twilight Trash"!
I LOVE IT! For some reason seeing that little note brought me so much joy. Just knowing that someone went to the trouble to write it and tape it into the book for some future reader to see, makes me feel so happy!
However I am not sure about the meaning behind the note. Granted the book does hold several similarities to the Twilight books, but I am not sure if the note writer thought it was "Twilight Trash" because it is like Twilight's trashiness or if it is trash because it is not as good as Twilight in the writer's mind. It is a mystery.
